Détecteur d'« énergies » (Bovis)

A fake "energy" gauge, playful and upfront about the trick

A page that mimics a dowsing-style energy detector: enter a place or your GPS position, start a session, and a needle swings across an SVG gauge alongside a live curve, a timestamped log, "harmonization" tips and CSV export. The tool is upfront about it: the "measurement" is smoothed pseudo-random noise computed from the coordinates and the time of day, with no scientific value at all.

What shines

  • Animated SVG needle with a slightly bouncy easing on a red → yellow → cyan → green gradient arc
  • Dependency-free smooth noise: sine waves plus a PRNG seeded by latitude/longitude, mixed with a daily cycle and a 29-day pseudo-cycle
  • Wake Lock to keep the screen on, a Web Audio chime on large swings, an S keyboard shortcut, CSV export
  • Built-in transparency notice: the tool itself states that the reading is symbolic

How to use it

Enter a place or click "Use my location", then "Start" (or press S) and watch the needle, the curve and the log change
